ChemOffice Workgroup ChemOffice Workgroup is designed for organizations who want to organize and search over their inventory, purchase reagents, as well as manipulate and store chemical and biological data. ChemOffice Workgroup is compatible with SQL Server and is accessed through a client side application. The following are applications that can be included in ChemOffice Enterprise & Workgroup. ChemOffice WebServer ChemOffice WebServer is an enterprise server for development and deployment of E-Notebook Enterprise, Document Manager, Discovery LIMS, 21CFR11 Compliance, The Merck Index, Registration System, Formulations & Mixtures, Inventory Enterprise, CombiChem Enterprise, BioAssay HTS, BioSAR Broswer, ChemACX Database and Chemical Databases. Oracle Cartridge ChemOffice WebServer is installed on Windows Server systems and can integrate with existing storage technologies such as Oracle, including the Oracle Cartridge. Oracle Cartridge adds chemical data types to Oracle, linking chemical applications to enterprise software systems without special programming. It confers Oracle's security and scalability, simplifying large-systems' architectural considerations. Oracle Cartridge makes legacy chemical data, such as MDL ISIS, accessible to ChemOffice WebServer applications. E-Notebook Enterprise & E-Notebook Workgroup -Notebook provides a smooth web-based interface designed to replace paper laboratory notebooks. E-Notebook pages contain Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, ChemDraw drawings and reactions and spectral data. Oracle or SQL support allows organizations to share data, as well as maintain rigorous security and efficient archiving. Document Manager Document Manager provides ChemFinder for Word functionality for researchers across the enterprise, allowing searches for chemical structures in documents, files, and folders. Document references are stored in a central database and can be searched by text or structure. Discovery LIMS Discovery LIMS features an easy to use web interface to initiate laboratory requests, track progress and report results. It maintains the full history of a request, including its status and audit trail, and allows requests to be sub-assigned within a lab. Discovery LIMS records results in Oracle or Microsoft Access databases and links to Microsoft Word reports in the Document Manager. 21CFR11 Compliance 21CFR11 Compliance is a combination of software (such as E-Notebook and Document Manager) and consulting, analysis, and implementation services designed to assist organizations in complying with government regulations. Ongoing monitoring and continued customization also contribute to maintaining compliance in the face of rapidly changing conditions. Registration System Chemical Registration is a customizable application that assigns corporate registration numbers for compounds based on each organization's business rules. It includes duplicate checks with stereochemistry, salt/batch/lot management, data validation, and security. All data structures are accessible for customization using an application programmer's interface Formulations & Mixtures Formulations & Mixtures is a chemical registration system that can manage complex chemical entities that are not limited to pure compounds. This system uses the Chemical Registration application as its back end and adds the capability to find and display all components of a mixture, as well as all formulations that use one or more substances. Inventory Enterprise & Inventory Workgroup Inventory systems can be constructed from CambridgeSoft tools at any level. A personal-productivity system would use ChemFinder for Excel and ChemFinder tools. Enterprise-scalable systems based on ChemOffice WebServer can be combined with Chemical Registration and ChemACX solutions for complete management of chemical inventories. CombiChem Enterprise CombiChem Enterprise is a reaction-based library generation program that provides the means to integrate library management with subsequent analytical data on an enterprise-wide basis. Reagents can be selected from many sources including the ChemACX Database, and the resulting library can be analyzed and pruned before committing to experimentation. BioAssay Enterprise & BioAssay Workgroup BioAssay Enterprise provides flexible storage, retrieval and analysis of biological data. Designed for complex lead optimization experiments, the software supports the quick set-up of biological models. BioSAR Enterprise BioSAR Enterprise is a catalog-driven data mining and analysis application that presents both form and table views within a single web-based interface. Designed to free researchers from dependence on information technology support resources, it has role-based security that specifies the operations available to administrators, data publishers, and browsers. |
